- 1 can organic black beans
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 T olive or sesame oil (maybe a blend of both!)
- Sea Salt to taste

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add oil or water as needed to reach desired consistency.
